About Us

Kimbark is a k-6 elementary school in the rural community of Devore. As a Technology and Environmental Science Magnet School, Kimbark provides school-wide instructional activities based on the State Science Content Standards, including field trips, assemblies, neighborhood walks, working in our vegetable gardens, and many hands-on experiences in our science and computer labs. Kimbark has full-day academic kindergarten, support for academic concerns, computer labs, chess and sports clubs, and other activities that enrich the academic and social lives of students. Kimbark offers a Sunrise and CAPS (Creative Before- and Afterschool Programs for Success) program for before- and after-school snacks, recreation, enrichment, and academic support.
